Fees & Insurance

We charge $170.00 for an initial counseling session and $130.00 for ongoing sessions. We bill primary and secondary insurance for you. COUNSELING COPAYS vary depending on your individual policy. You may be pleasantly surprised at how affordable counseling can be. Copays can be mailed to PO Box 1503, Gresham, OR 97030.  We accept checks only. If you do not have insurance or EAP then payment plans can be arranged. We also can refer you to nonprofit groups that offer counseling on a sliding fee scale.

Carol is a COUNSELING PROVIDER FOR MOST INSURANCE COMPANIES and many Employee Assistance Programs. Carol is a MedAdvantage provider. We can also accept medicare with a supplement plan. We are not able to take Oregon Health Plan.  We bill primary and secondary insurance. Some of the insurance companies Carol works with include, but not limited to Aetna, Blue Cross Preferred Provider, Cigna, First Health, Pacific Source and Providence. Telehealth is covered by most insurance.
